My passion for helping children began at an early age. Growing up, I was inspired by my mother, who worked as a special education teacher, and I loved spending time in her classroom helping students learn and succeed. Those experiences, along with helping care for my younger siblings, sparked a lifelong interest in teaching, learning, and supporting others.
While attending college, I discovered the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and quickly realized it combined everything I was passionate about—education, problem-solving, and helping individuals reach their full potential. Since entering the field, I have dedicated my career to supporting children with diverse learning needs, particularly those with limited communication skills and significant behavioral challenges.
I believe that meaningful progress begins with strong relationships, individualized support, and understanding how each person learns best. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping individuals develop communication skills, build independence, and find new ways to connect with the world around them. My goal is to create supportive, engaging environments where children and families feel empowered to grow, learn, and succeed together.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, playing baseball, and spending time with my family and friends.

My journey into behavior analysis began unexpectedly while I was studying biological sciences in college. I accepted a position supporting adults with developmental disabilities and quickly discovered a passion for helping individuals learn new skills, gain independence, and improve their quality of life. What started as a part-time job soon became a calling, leading me to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and dedicate my career to the field.
Since entering the ABA profession in 2017, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across a wide range of ages, abilities, and service settings. These experiences have strengthened my belief that every person has unique strengths and the capacity to grow when provided with the right support, opportunities, and environment.
One of my favorite aspects of being a behavior analyst is empowering individuals and families with practical tools that help them navigate everyday challenges with confidence. I am passionate about creating collaborative, individualized programs that build meaningful skills and support long-term success both at home and in the community.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, and continuing to learn new ways to better serve the families in our community.
