A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a professional who has completed advanced graduate-level training in behavior analysis and has met certification requirements established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

BCBAs assess behavior, identify factors that influence learning, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress over time. We also collaborate closely with families and other professionals to ensure interventions are effective, practical, and meaningful.

As part of maintaining certification, BCBAs participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field.
